Polka dot tiers dress

Despite the negative reviews, I saw this dress and loved it, so I had to order it. I'm glad I took the chance, the skirt is a little full as previously stated, but not enough to be strange. It has a very vintage look that the picture doesn't show, and because of the fullness of the skirt it still covers everything it needs to when you sit and I was comfortable in it all day long! It is the perfect party dress!

I really wanted to love this dress, but as others have already said, it runs quite small and the waist puffs out weirdly. It does not fall like it looks in the picture. The 14 did not fit. I am 5'4", size 14 usually. I am returning it.

The skirt on this was way too poofy for my liking. My 5-year-old daughter loved it, however!

I didn't want to believe the reviews regarding the funny poof thing on the hips. Believe it. It kind of stuck out like some type of weird tutu. This has to go back.I won't spend that kind of money and then fiddle with it to get it to lie right.

This dress does not come in petites, so I got regular. I'm 5'3" and it is short on me. I'm also over 50, so it's shorter than I usually wear, but it looks really great on.

I think this dress is about attitude! It takes a special young personality, not a young person, to wear it well. This dress is very Betsey Johnson a designer that creates fun, flirty, whimsical clothing.
Yes it does run small for Coldwater Creek and I had to buy a 14...definitely out of my comfort zone when I am used to buying a smaller size.
I am 5'3 143 lbs and a size 38D bust. I am a size 6 to 8 on the bottom but had to buy this larger size for my top. I love it and think it's adorable!

I gave this dress 4 stars because of the short waist and fit. I would normally wear a 12 in this but because of the reviews I got a 14. I would not have been able to wear a 12. The mystery of the pouf is that the dress has 2 inverted pleats front and back and one on each side. That is what causes it to stick out. I am going to dismantle at the waist and either gather or run on elastic and reattatch at the waist line seam. Add a wider grogain ribbon to better define the waist. I have seen this exact dress for $250.00 elsewhere on the web. I like it and think it is classic, and sophisticated. I am 5'8" 165lbs.

Ridiculous. Looked like I was trying to be a child playing at dress up. I'm 5'9 and have good curves. Too short and too poofy. Would be better a bit longer.

I was so hoping the others were wrong about this dress... My first clue should have been the fact that it was available in every size! The waist is so high it should have been described as "empire waist". Ladies, take the reviews at face value if you are over the age of 17 or a size 2 you won't like this dress. Back it goes...
