Simply velvet dress

I have always loved the Coldwater Creek velour dresses. Having had several over the years, I have never been disappointed. The fabric is beautiful and packs and unpacks without a wrinkle, making it great for travel. They machine wash and dry with perfect results. I purchased the dark green one recently and ordered the blue one a couple of days ago after I received the first one. I will put a crocheted collar that my mother made at the neckline or wear some great costume jewelry or a scarf with them. Please, Coldwater Creek, never quit making these gorgeous velour dresses! They have been and continue to be the best!

I ordered this after receiving a CC gift card for Christmas. I LOVE IT! It fits perfectly and it is very elegant, even makes me look slimmer than I actually am! This will be my go-to dress for the holidays next year!

This dress is gorgeous! Fits well, very flattering, and the fabric is beautiful. Runs true to size or perhaps a bit larger; more like the old Coldwater Creek sizing. I purchased the blue, and the color is stunning. I received many compliments the first time I wore it.

I bought this in blue and wore it to a play and to an opera. I could tell from the approving looks from both men and women, this dress is a real winner. One reviewer said that this dress looked plain and dowdy, but not if you wear a chain belt with it! I felt downright royal. A shawl with gold threads running through it completed my look. This dress was a Christmas gift this year, and it is perfect. My regular size fits perfectly.

Please, please make this in purple and crimson next year!

I am glad I listened to the reviews the dress fits great and will be perfect for Christmas. It is stretchy fabric without being too clingy. The dress has nice lines and is a classic.

It looked very depressing on me. I'm 5'7 and wear a size 12-14. I could not keep it.

It is wonderful when you can find a dress that looks great and is comfortable to wear too! Lets face it, this time of year we enjoy all kinds of delicious goodies served by our hosts & hostesses (or perhaps we are serving), so why not be pretty and comfortable too? I especially like the longer length, style, and soft velvet material (ease for carrying instruments etc...) Worth considering, no regrets here!

I bought this in the lovely sapphire blue and wore it for the first time yesterday for a Christmas Party. I received so many compliments and so many requests to know where I had purchased it. It fits so beautifully and makes such a statement. Please consider offering it in other colors, I am seriously considering getting the green one, too. Buy this dress, you will not regreat it!

I love this dress, and the deep cobalt colour. Ordered my usual size, and it fits perfectly. Comfortable, easy to dress up or down. The only problem - I wish they'd used a better grade of fabric. This polyester-spandex looks just a litte cheap. I'd have gladly paid more for rayon-silk-spandex and hand-washed it uncomplainingly. It's a very nice dress as is, but would have been glorious in a better velvet.
