Lace scroll dress

I was hesitant about ordering this dress for sometime, mostly due to the exposed zipper but decided to try it out as we had a wedding coming up.
It really exceeded my expectations. Very well made, comfortable and true to its size. Highly recommend it!

I loved the zipper detail on this dress. I did size up on it so it was not as fitted. Since I am 5' 2" tall the length was perfect. Would recommend if you are a petite with a curvy figure.

Okay, girls, it's time for us to get with it. I, too, wondered about the zipper, but my dressmaker told me it's the fashion to use those exposed zippers. I would have been okay with it, but on me, the dress was too short and tight, so I had to send it back. (I am busty.) Lovely dress, otherwise.

I am so disappointed. Been waiting all season to order this. There is a HIDEOUS and HUGE silver coat like zipper in the back of this dress. SO disappointing. The dress would be pretty,but this zipper is just dreadful. I would have to return it anyway, as I ordered a bit too big. However, I will not be reordering.

The big ugly industrial type zipper down the back completely ruins this dress. Even my 15 year old son thinks it looks stupid. What were they thinking. Pity, because otherwise very nice dress that actually looks good on me (from the front anyway). Will be returning.

I would swear that somebody put the zipper in backwards. I really wanted this dress until I saw its' backside. What were they thinking??? I was even trying to think of ways I could hide it, like sewing on a placket or some such, but I do think it is ridiculous to buy a dress then start changing it. Still looking for that LBD.

No dressmaker details evident with back zipper. I absolutely agree with previous reviewer. A hidden zipper is almost always best for a black special occasion dress. Dress is also a little short and seems to accentuate broader shoulders. I wanted this dress to work but will have to return.

I thought this would be a perfect LBD an event I had coming... until I looked at the back view. Holy Cow!! Why would you destroy the elegance of this dress with that hideous zipper?! It looks like it belongs on a winter coat! I'll keep looking for my dress, thank you. This is not for me.

This dress is so beautiful! It fits me perfectly, hits just a touch above the knee (I'm 5'6). I have a feeling this will be my go to when I need a little black dress to wear!

Loved this dress. It's very pretty and looks great from the front, I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall and curvy. Size 6 fit well, but unfortunately the gigantic exposed zipper goes so far down it made the back of the dress bulge out right at the top of my backside. Too bad because I really loved the rest of the dress. Depending on where the end of the zipper hits, this dress may work for you.
