Luxe tweed sweater jacket

I love this sweater! It is warm, great fit and I like the fact you can take the fur off.

Ordered 3X in brown. I need normal length sleeves and found the sleeves on this sweater to be perfect length, not long as other reviewers seem to have found in their size. The detachable collar is soooo soft and not as overwhelming as the collar on the reindeer sweater. The sweater portion is also soft and not scratchy. It is runs true to size leaning toward smaller. It is not as generous at the waist as some of the other CWC sweaters that seem to be on the old sizing. Yet, if you don't intend to button it, it hangs nicely for those of us with middle aged tummies. It is a versatile sweater that you could grab for any occasion and dress up or down.

The sweater arrived with paper wrapped around the fur collar- the fur was a bit rumpled at first but flattened out over the day. I was pleasently surprized by the thickness of the knit- its much thicker than other cardigans from CC. It looks beautiful with my dark brown cords and short leather boots, and kept me warm on a minus 26C day in Canada. 4 stars as the band that the buttons are on is a bit flimsy- hoping it stands up over time.

I tried this jacket on in the store because I loved the way it looked in the photos. However, once I had it on, I couldn't believe how long the sleeves were! Nobody has arms that long! And the sleeves do not look like they were meant to be rolled up. Disappointing.

I wanted this so badly and then finally got it. Its just okay on me. I am returning it only because it didn't give me the va voom I was looking for. It would be great for the office, it just wasn't for me.

This is a lovely sweater jacket but as I have found in many other CWC clothing lately, the sizing runs small except the sleeves are very long! Actually, you can see from the picture the problem. I am keeping the sweater and rolling up the sleeves but disappointed again.

This sweater jacket is a nice hybrid. It fits well, is comfortable, and can be worn in place of a jacket. I'm not a fan of the faux fur collar so I removed it and the buttons which it can be attached to. The medium was true to size.
