Beaujolais sweater jacket

This sweater jacket is so so soft and comfy. The only problem I have with it are that the sleeves are too long, but then most sleeves are too long for me. These however can't be rolled up due to the cuff on the end. Even with all that, I love it. This jacket is like wearing a warm soft blanket. Some reviewers said it is sloppy looking...it doesn't seem sloppy to me, just a little unstructured but then it is a sweater. It is also very warm and I guess that could be a plus or a minus.

I love the shape and feel of this sweater jacket, but I'm not going to be able to wear it for long because after only two wearings it is looking terrible. The yarns pull out and hang for no apparent reason. If you buy it be sure to buy a crochet hook and carry it with you so you can fix the pulled yarns all day long!

This one is going back. It is just too sloppy looking .... no real shape and the material seems so cheap. I bet if it is washed, it would loose the little bit of shape it does have. I should have taken better notice of the 'collar'. It's just too cheap looking for the price paid.

I loved the look and feel of this jacket UNTIL I put it on. It is soft, and the colors are beautiful. But the sleeves are extremely tight, and it hangs off your shoulders strangely. I was so disappointed.

I sized up one size to avoid tightness in the arms but that made it much too big in the body (and my chest is not small). I didn't care for the collar, either, as it doesn't lie flat.

I ordered the blue, it is much darker than pictured, and the collar looks sloppy, probably because of the strange the internal yoke and shoulder pad combination. It takes the give out of the sweater, and if you are broad shouldered, it's either got to come out, or you need to order a size OR TWO larger. Going back.

I tried this sweater twice. I usually wear a XS, the XS was tight in the sleeves. The small was an ok fit, but the nubbing on the sweater was pulled in several places, the collar wouldn't lie flat, and the sweater was flimsy and of poor quality. I sent it back twice.

Very nice jacket. Fabric feels so soft! Nice weight to the jacket - enough for a bit of warmth without bulk. Nicely fitted style (not boxy - just as the picture shows online) that was just a tad too snug on my backside, though, so I am sending it back. Wish it had worked.

I bought the blue version of this jacket sweater and absolutely love the feel of it on my skin. I bought the larger size and I am pleased that I did because it gave me a little more length and the sleeves are not to long. Its a great sweater to wear with slacks or just a pair of jeans to run errands in. I didn't give it 5 stars because the loop for the button is so snug, but I am willing to work with it. And yes it had a hefty price tag but the way it feels when I wear it and how it looks with my figure, I think it was worth every penny.

Purchased the blue shaded sweater. It is so soft, I want to wear it all day, everyday. Size large fits better with a little room than the medium for me, bust 40C and wear a 14 usually. Sleeves not too long, but you can roll or push up for a nice look. The loop weave can pull, but an easy fix with a pull through and looks great again. Be nice to this sweater, it's a keeper.
