Wonderlands coat

I read the reviews before ordering and noted the concern about shedding. I turned it inside out, put it in the dryer, air fluff only, and left it for about an hour. I then went over it with a lint wand for any remaining residue. I wear it with black sweaters, no problem and I get compliments everytime I put it on!

I loved the light ivory color, but was afraid it would get dirty quickly. I chose the black coat with brown fur lining and am so cozy and toasty warm in it. Haven't had many extremely cold days this Winter in Baltimore, but 20 degree weather coming tomorrow ! I love the Feel of this suede-like fabric.

I bought the black coat and it is beautiful and I have received many compliments. I was a bit apprehensive about the shedding so before I wore it for the first time, I turned it inside out and put it in the dryer with a sneaker on the fluff setting for approx. 30 min. I do not know if that is what did the trick but it has never shed. I am very happy with it, it is really warm, I love that it is completely lined with the fauxfur including the arms and is just what I need for our Vermont winters when I do not want to wear my downfilled coats.

Bought this in early December and have been loving it! It is quite heavy and very warm. It has been my go-to coat so far this winter, so I have worn it almost daily and have not had any issues with the fur shedding. I am fairly busty and sometimes need to size up to an XL in CC apparel, but this fits me great in a L. It is not binding in the upper arm, and the length hits me at about 5" below the hip bones on my 5'5" frame. Very cute style and fit!

After wearing this coat for several weeks and trying the suggestions herein, each time I remove the coat it looks like I've been sleeping with a dozen long-hair persian cats! Not really worth the frustration. Going back on my next trip to CC
Wish CC would stop having all their clothes made in China. May have to start buying somewhere else.

Very pretty and yes its sheds. Just take the advice of previous buyers and remove the problem. As a real AND not so real fur coat owner it is not uncommon for coats to shed when first purchased.
With current sales and easy solutions it is a win win right in time for the holidays.

This coat is so warm cute and beautiful, I love the fact that it's faux fur and so soft. When it first arrived there was some minimal shedding but after that zero. Suggest that you just wear it a couple of times. I purchased this on the Black Friday Sale Thank you Coldwater Creek

I bought this beautiful coat in black. The day I wore it I had to stop at a store to purchase a lint tape roller; my clothes were covered. While I received many compliments, it had to be returned. What a shame.

I wish CWC would bring back last year's snowflake coat. It's stunning and I have received countless compliments on that coat. I'd be so pleased to see it again, especially if it were offered in multiple colors - I'd buy every one of them!

Wore this jacket (Black) for the first time and love it. Could use a couple of more inches in length and through stomach area. Some fur shedding but not that bad so far. Love the toggles and hood. Very warm on these cold WI days!

I got this coat as a gift, and I really love it! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I am not crazy about how the fur is sewn together on the inside. Hardly noticeable, but annoying. Other than that, the coat is very well made, and it's super warm. The fit is also great for me, just wish it was a couple inches longer.
