The dream cardigan

I got the Newport Blue ... gorgeous color! Love the fit; drapes beautifully. Fabrication is wonderfully soft. My only concern is how it will wash and wear ... my experience with polyester-rayon is that it tends to pill, especially at friction areas like under the arm, and after multiple washings.

I've purchased this cardigan in a few colors. So soft and comfortable! I love wearing them! True to size. Nice fit.

I own two and just bought the third, love the drape, love the softness and love the fit. If you can still find one in your size, don't miss it!

I have this sweater in two colors and have enjoyed wearing both of them so much. I am 5'5", 137lbs and the small fits great. I think it's quite flattering and fun to wear. I will say the fabric is quite thin and doesn't add much warmth. Also, I was disappointed that both sweaters started pilling under the arms after the first couple wearings. I think that is a serious short coming in this lovely sweater which could be eliminated with a higher quality fabric. It is that quality that Coldwater Creek customers expect and are willing to pay for, too.

I have six of these and they are a wardrobe staple. I love to layer, as I get too warm, even in the winter.
I've noticed some slight pilling on my favorite color, on the underside of the sleeves. I would recommend getting a sweater shaver or sweater stone. Even fine cashmere can pill under the arms, and this takes care of the problem. I get a lot more mileage out of my clothes when I shave off the pills and it only takes a minute.

I bought the Dream cardigan in blue and hunter green. I gave the blue one to my daughter and kept the green for me. I wear it with green jeans and a blue and green multi-print top. The sweater drapes beautifully due to its flattering lines. I'm 5'6 and have a little mid-drift pouch. The size medium disguises my figure flaws and looks equally as good with the wool boucle skirt I bought to dress it up.
I ordered 2 more in warm camel and brick last week. Can't wait to get them.

I now have this sweater in four colors. It's lightweight and versatile, and it masks my large hips and behind.

It doesn't hit my waist perfectly and the sleeves are a bit long, but since finding petite sweaters is almost impossible I make do.

I bought this sweater in my usual small in the thyme colour. It is a very pretty shade of green. I would say the fit is true to size however the fabric has very little give to it which makes the sweater feel just a bit snug. On the other hand, I have not had any pilling as some others have even after wearing and washing twice. Perhaps CWC listened to previous reviews and had the fabric remanufactured so it doesn't pill as readily. There may be a tradeoff between stretch and pilling.

The garment is well made and I think is going to stand up well to the abuses I put my everyday sweaters through. I am certainly pleased with it so far and would recommend it, especially at the price.

I LOVE THESE SWEATERS!!! Get more colors! Terracotta, orange, hot pink, rich raisin. I want more!!
