Etched scroll belt

I bought this belt in brown and liked it so much that I let my daughter (who likes to borrow things) talk me into buying it in black as well.

I just received this belt. It's beautiful with all its etching in the leather. I ordered the XL even though I'm a size 14 because I typically wear low-waisted pants, so I need the belt to be a big bigger to fit my upper hips. It fits great. The only issue I have is that with the scalloping on the edges, it's tough to get the belt through belt loops of pants. You have to push it through each loop inch by inch. I tried it on 3 pairs of pants, and all had the same issue. Once it's on it looks fabulous though.
