Breezy dolman jacket

First of all the jacket is really cute and made well. I normally wear a 16 or 1X, so I ordered a 14 and a 16 to get the correct size, figuring it may run large since it is a jacket. When they were delivered I put on the 14 (it was huge - seemed more like a 22). Thinking that it was sized incorrectly, I tried on the 16 (it was even larger). So I returned them and got a size 10 and 12. They were also very large and were too big for me to wear so they were returned. It's unfortunate, I really liked the jacket...
