Breezy stripes top

I ordered this in 2 sizes to allow for the usual problems of finding the right size. However, both looked odd because the sleeves are odd, it looks like there is a piece of fabric sort of flapping around under your arm. It's a shame because the fabric is nice but it looks like you're wearing a trash bag instead of a blouse. They go right back today.
