Stripes with a twist dress

I ordered this dress in a size 6 - I am 5 feet tall and 115 lbs and it was way too small.
CDW when you order on line the sizing has to be consistent and unfortunately it has not.

I think this dress is adorable -- in the catalog. In reality, it looks great until you try to put it on. First problem: quality. The fabric is very thin and the zipper is very sticky. I can't see it lasting very many wearings. Next, it runs EXTREMELY small. I typically wear a 6 or an 8 at Coldwater Creek. I ordered this dress in an 8, based on the "feminine fit" description on the web site (btw, what does that mean? Couldn't find a definition anywhere). The first dress arrived, and it was so tight that it wouldnt even meet in the back! Thinking the size was mislabeled, I exchanged it for another size 8. Nope, this was was too small also - but not as tiny as the first 8. Cute dress, CCW, but dreadfully poor execution.
