Easy ribbed cardigan

Like others posting reviews, I love this sweater set and have pink and purple. Yesterday when putting the sweater on I heard a rip and to my disappointment I saw that the seam between the band that runs behind the neck and over the shoulder joined to the body of the cardigan had pulled out in two places. Two sizable holes. The seam allowance is virtually non-existent so it didn't stand a chance. An example of a successful product that fails the QA test because short cuts were taken in the manufacturing process. Sending it back for a replacement because I do love the outfit. I have done a lot of sewing and knitting and know that how strongly the pieces are joined together is critical.

I agree with MNVounteer. The fabric and fit on this sweater is wonderful. I have it in Pink, Red and Purple. I also agree with the other reviewer that the red is more of an orange red but still very pretty. I've gotten lots of compliments.

I bought it, I loved it, I wore it, I took it to the cleaners to have it washed so it would be pressed and still look nice...but it has little balls on it and it doesn't look so great. Not the quality I normally get at Cold Water Creek.

Very nice, versatile jacket, I enjoy wearing it. Didn't give it a higher score because I was surprised and disappointed by the fact that I bought it in black, and despite washing in cold water it faded right away. It's now more of dark grey, but still works with some of my clothing.

I've had this sweater for less than a month and have worn it every chance I've gotten. It's comfortable, washes well and love the emerald green color.

Love the sweater, although it is more orange than red. It does run a bit large.

Love this sweater! I purchased the Electric Blue. It is beatiful, lighter weight and so soft. I needed a size smaller than usual in the cardi. The matching shell runs true to size. Ordered the cardi on line, exchanged it in a store. An extremely helpful CWC saleslady found and shipped a hard to find matching shell to me. CWC quality and service are top notch!

I ordered this in bright blue & white. LOVE them!!!

I bought the purple set of cardigan and tank, and absolutely love it. It is substantial fabric, the sleeves are long enough (not always the case for me), the fit is perfect and when I paraded in to show my husband, his eyes lit up and he said, that is a great color on you. So - three cheers from me for this outfit.

This is a comfortable, attractive cotton cardigan similar to the ones offered last year in different colors. I bought it in green, which is slightly darker than it appears on the website. The sleeveless shell that matches it is a bit too short in my opinion (I'm 5' 7"), so I'm not sure if I'll be keeping that.
