Flash stripe sweater

I tried this on in the store just for the heck of it and it looks gorgeous on so I bought it. Much prettier in person. Very flattering. Fits true to size. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know about the pilling as others have stated.

I bought this sweater before Christmas and have worn it at least 10 times because I like how it looks. However, even before washing it, the sweater was already "pilling" on the 2-3 inches of fabric at the bottom hem and under the arms. I don't think this should happen to such an expensive item. The fabric should be made from longer fibers or treated or something to prevent these unsightly pills.

I wore this for the first time on Friday and received many compliments from my co-workers. The multicolored sequins and other sparkly elements really make this sweater stand out. A real winner.
