Classic denim trouser

I've read the other reviews and realize that the trouser jeans have been reengineered. I did go a size up and bought petite to get the correct length (I'm 5'5"), but I LOVE them. They are trouser cut so they have a nice wide straight leg which is flattering to my body type. They also can be dressed up or down depending on type of shoe and top.

Too short in the crotch; feels more like natural fit.

I'm really disappointed that there seem to be fewer and fewer cotton slacks in classic fit.

I love the CC trouser style jeans! I have them in blue and black, but ordered the same size in white and they're a little tight. I really wish you would work on getting your sizing consistent!

I agree with the review that says these run small. I wear mostly size P8 and I had to get these in a P10. I have a P10 from last year that is too big so this did not make sense to me. Also they are VERY long. I am 4'11" and I have to hem a lot more than usual. I rated them a 3.5 because they are a nice style and really look nice on me.

These pants are a perfect weight for warm weather; however, they are not cut like any of the other numerous pairs of classic CC pants I've ever purchased. They fit more like the natural fit CC pants because they are definitely not above the waist. Recently, I have been disappointed in the inconsistency of the sizing in pants at CC. In the classic denim trouser,the stride is much shorter and the legs are tighter through the thighs making the pockets pooch out on the size 12P, but the 14P was too large in the waist. The classic shaping bootcut pant is a much better fit, but they are a heavier weight and not as appropriate for hot summer weather. These classic denim trousers may be a good fit for anyone with a straighter shape with a larger waist and thinner thighs. I'd love to see CC make summer pants with hidden elastic in the waist with a button and zipper in the front or side like several of the winter styles. Also, all the pants need larger front pockets.

I've been looking for a new pair of white jeans OR trousers- something summery to go with all the jewel colored tees from CC. Customer service was great- took me 5 pairs of every different kind of jean and or trouser to find the perfect fit.
I had gained 8 pounds-but still ALL my CC jeans are size 6, even recent jean purchases, just not the white. With this the 10Long finally fit. With white, I like them a little looser so panty color or lines don't show. What's nice is that I can dress them up or down because it is a denim trouser and I really like that!

Not for me this time. I was looking for a pair of white pants for spring, but these are cut for someone less curvy behind than I am. I need a longer rise.(I'm 5'11, 2x.) The tall length was great, enough to wear heels, but the fabric was thin enough to see the back pockets through the material.

CWC--please consider adding info about the rise (crotch to waist) on your pants---it really helps.

After working hard to get to a size 8, I had to go up to a 10 in these. Nonetheless, they are flattering and perfect to dress up for work or down for play. The petite was a nice length, enough for a mid heel on a 5'2" person.

These are great! I just bought these and found them to be true to size and the length was perfect for me at 5'11" tall. It was nice to be able to walk into the store and find something with a fit this good.

I have been so pleased with the denim pants this year. Unfortunately these are a miss. I ordered my normal size and could not get them zipped. They did not seem like the classic fit style at all. I found them quite long as well and I am tall. Not sure yet if I will exchange or return. Disappointing.
