Smocked waist flared skirt

Hesitated to order this skirt, but $129 on sale convinced me to try it! When it came I was surprised. Colors and pattern are deeper, richer than pic. Fabric is delicate, tissue like and the pattern on the flounce is almost Victorian lovely, soft and sheer with lining. Smocked waist is not for everyone, but it is good for many of us. Once a nearby CCr store sold out of a smocked waist skirt in one afternoon when the employee was wearing it.

Even though this skirt is comfortable it looks like a horrible recreation from the 1800s. Really bad.
