Easy crêpe pant

I really wanted to like these pants, but it's not going to happen. I bought the XL which they fit but it felt off. First there was no stretch to them to conform to different body shapes. I like my pants that go to the waist and these fell short (probably because I have a high waist and am curvy shaped). These just didn't work for me.

I bought them based on the reviews---Yes, the material is lovely, but the sizing is peculiar. Too tight in the hips and overall uncomfortable fit. They may work better for petites.

These pants seem well made and look much more expensive than they were. They're comfortable, good looking and will be perfect for work travel. I'm going to order another pair.

Versatile, smart. I took them on a business trip and they didn't crease. Nice drape and flattering even for a larger frame (sz 16).

These are the most comfortable pants. Great fit....nice look. I want another pair!

...but I have one reservation. They fit a bit snugly in the waist in my usual L, so I'm afraid to wash them as the instructions state. But that's somewhat usual for me, as that's my problem area. Also, they're pretty long even though I'm average height, so that would actually be good to shrink up a bit there, but don't know if then they'd be too tight.
They are very nice looking for anything--work, dress, or casual. So we'll see...
