Striped ponte zip top

I'd gotten this in the one color version--the charcoal--and loved it. So I knew to get a 1X for my large bustline. I got the cobalt stripe and it's as cute as the other one I have, actually cuter because of the fun stripe. I don't mind the exposed zipper at all, makes no difference to me either way. I'm actually pairing this with a floral scarf I already had, with the same colors in it, and it looks great.

I really do love this shirt!!! I usually wear a Large. However, I purchased the purple and blue shirts in XL at the suggestion of other reviews. I found it a little too big under the arms. I liked the shirt so much that I took a chance and washed & dried the blue one. It shrank just enough & now it's a perfect fit!!! Very flattering!!!

There's just something adorable about this shirt. I got it in the purple stripes and my boyfriend, who never has a thing to say about my clothes (I never ask!), proclaimed "cute shirt!" And he's right. I'm not a fan of that exposed zipper trend, but it really works on this shirt, probably because everything about this shirt says "fun!" It's a really thick knit (there's something wet-suit-ish about it) so don't fear a snug fit. I got a L (usually between M and L) and it's fine, but could be a little tighter. And it's washable. Hooray.

I ordered the cobalt in my usual CWC size small (I am not "busty"). It was a very tight fit and I exchanged it for a medium. The medium is functionally the same fit as the small. I would think about sizing up in this if you have any curves or don't want a body con fit. The fabric could offer a nice, flattering structure if the fit worked.

I purchased this in the dark blue - the back zipper is gold and over a quarter-inch thick - very visible. I feel that I can only wear this under a sweater or jacket.

I'm usually between L and XL, so I ordered XL and it fit perfectly. Because of the darts it gives a shapely fit.
