Natural slim-leg crops

I ordered these pants and loved them so much I ordered another pair. The new pair did not fit, same color and size, too small. I even tried on the original pair to make sure I had not gained a few pounds, they fit fine. Customer service is trying to order another pair, but it is the last one and I may not receive them. This is very frustrating and should not have happened.This is not the first time I have had this issue, makes me not want ordered from cc again, long time customer.
