Easy day jacket

Got in Beet, which is a beautiful color. The style will work well for work or weekend. I am not giving 5 stars because it is not lined.

This is pretty in the plum color but it runs small. I usually wear a 10 and ordered a 12 and it still does not come together across the chest. It will wrinkle so make sure you don't have to wear it under a coat like I did to church...it was really wrinkled. Probably when it warms up, a little cami and no coat it will look fine.

Lightweight jacket for summer. It doesn't have the crisp linen feel, but it would be great to throw on over a tank or a sleevless dress. Hits mid-hip.

Very lightweight. It has a sort of cheap cordoroy feel to it. This one is defineently going back. Another thing that bothered me is that there were no buttons. It might be a little better if they had some pretty buttns - but just not what I thought it was going to be.

This jacket is unlined and a nice weight for very warm climates. It is also machine washable.

According to the size charts, I am a size 20w, but I tried on both that size and the 18w, and the 18w seemed to fit better. The 20w looked a little big to me in the arm hole area, though it could have worked -- it looked a little swingier and more relaxed. The 18w was a closer fit, and I prefer that.

I LOVE the "beet" color! Please, CC, make more clothes in this color! How about a max skirt? Or a knit maxi dress?

Snapped up this great jacket to wear in my overly air-conditioned office. It will serve me well through summer into fall. Great drape and fit!
