Monterey tape yarn top

This color is so rich. I can wear it in spring or summer with a camisole, winter or fall with a rouched turtleneck or t-shirt. Looks really delicate, but the material used is pretty substantial by feel.

I've wanted this since I first saw it in a catalog, which always opens the door to disappointment. Not so! The elderberry color is rich and the fabric is heavy enough where I am not as worried about snags as I thought I would be. I run between a M and L and I am glad I got this in L: the arms are a little snug and the body seems a wee bit smaller than your average large, but it feels like it will stretch out and get comfortable halfway through my first wearing.

I bought this in beige. It is a lovely top. I bought a cami, then a tank top to go under as well. I plan on wearing it in the fall with a long sleeved matching tee.

I just received this lovely sweater and it is gorgeous. I am not a small woman and was concerned about the XL sizing since CWC decided to mess around with it lately. But this XL fits beautifully and drapes very nicely. YOu do need the cami underneath naturally and it looks very elegant. Nice job CWC.

This sweater, in taupe, was worn over a taupe shell, with a long black skirt for a formal dinner. It was perfect - comfortable, understated elegance. With the right accessories it can go anywhere. I'm ordering the raspberry colored one today.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the cami is sold seperately; it should be sold together. I agree it runs small and sized up for a perfect fit.

The color, shape and fabric of this sweater are perfect. Thanks to the other reviewers I ordered a size up and the resulting drape is very flattering. I've purchased about six similar tops with open weave for Spring and Summer and this is now my favorite. I might have to get the other colors too.

Darling sweater, the Chianti Rose is such a beautiful pinkish-red. Bought the matching cami as you can't go without one. Love it with jeans!
