Ruffle cascade dress

Upon receipt, I tried it on & it looked great! My plus-sized, apple-body needs all the shape it can get & this looked like it was doing the trick.

I really like this dress because it is very lovely, comfortable, and "forgiving". It is, as it appears; it does not hug the body but can be adapted to different body shapes and assessorized. I have worn it to the office and events, so it is very versitile and durable.

I read the negative reviews before ordering and was a little apprehensive but after trying it on, I love the dress. It fits beautifully. I ordered a Petite small and the fit is exactly as described, "Princess seams create an elegant, figure-grazing silhouette that falls to a flattering knee length." It's not intended to be form-fitting yet it's not so loose as to make me appear shapeless. The length is perfect on my 5'0" frame. The fabric falls nicely and being summer, I noticed no static cling problems, even after pulling it out of the plastic bag it shipped in. And the best part? I bought it on sale! I think it's destined to become one of my favorites.

I typically wear a 2X and the fit is usually pretty good, not too tight. This dress was tight on me. It is a shame it is not available in a larger size, because the neckline is very flattering. The dress is a very lightweight fabric but it has a lining.

Love the color but I am having a very hard time with the fit. Typically, I am a P6 but the PXS was at least two sizes too small in the hip area...I could not zip it up. I am reordering, because the color is beautiful, the ruffle is beautiful and flattering.

I should've believed the negative reviews.. the material feels very cheap, the cut just hangs- I wear a 8 in a dress and ordered the S-8...this was not flattering at all. It will be returned to the store!

I took my chances with this dress, and I won! It slipped on and felt so lightweight and comfortable. The ruffle is very pretty, and goes around the entire neckline, front and back. Perfect for a cruise or cocktail party.

I wanted the blue but wasn't sure if it would be too bright for me so I ordered both colors. I am keeping both! Blue is beautiful and rich in tone, black is classic. They were packaged for shipping in small bags but came out with almost no wrinkles. Yes, there is static but that's what a can of static spray is for. Will keep a travel size in my purse, lol. I am 5'8" and 160 lbs. and size 10 was perfect. The fit is smooth and flattering. Not clingy if static is under control. Neckline is modest, wouldn't have minded if it was lower but not a deal killer. I will wear for many occasions.

I had high hopes for this dress but the other reviewers were correct. The cut is shapeless and the fabric a poor quality polyester and so clingy that i had bad VPL even though the dress was huge on me (got PM, usually wear P8). this is going back without a second thought

This dress is very feminine, and the fabric is not a problem, as long as you iron it properly. That's why I gave it four and a half stars, not five. Once it it ironed, place a belt on it and it is just gorgeous. Not sure where I'll wear it yet, (but I'll let you know - no doubt some place where I have to look elegant).
