Very airy cardigan

this lovely sweater has just arrived,..I found it a little snug when I buttoned it all the way up. I 'd bought size medium so am exchanging it for a large.

I should have went up a size on this sweater. Having to return it.

I live in a climate where summer evenings can be kind of chilly and all summer styles are too light and airy to wear alone. I see other women wearing lightweight cardigans to keep the chill off. I envy them. I wonder where do they shop. Probably they are petites or something. So I keep buying sweaters hoping each one is what I need to keep me warm. This one ain't it either, but it's quite pretty.

I've been looking for several months for a true white cardigan as opposed to off-white or the seasalt that CWC offers, and I was glad to come across this. It's plenty lightweight for our springs here in the South and will be good to throw over a sleeveless dress, as I am past the age of wanting my upper arms to show. It might run a tad small, but as I am not going to wear it over anything bulky, I think it will do fine. Plus I like the airy, see-through crocheted front, which will show off some of my tees that have designs in them. I can also see myself wearing it solo and buttoned up, as one of the models in the photo is doing. Overall, think this one will be a winner, and I'm glad I got it.

This is pretty light and airy. I bought it for a summer wedding. Wore it with a white tank. I washed it on delicate, cold water and laid it flat to dry. I was gentle with it but it still stretched out and looks warped now. Disappointed for the price.

I received this today and when I opened the package I thought, "Oh my that is absolutely beautiful". I couldn't wait to try it on. It fits perfectly and I am so impressed with the quality and beauty of this sweater. I immediately got on line to see what other colors I could buy but it only comes in white. A definate "winner" on this sweater CWC!!!

I just got this and wore it right away. I was afraid it would be too long, judging from the picture, but the length is great. The fabric is lovely -- nicer than just a regular cotton cardigan. The crochet is pretty, but not too delicate that I'm afraid to wear it. I love the fresh white color for spring and summer. This goes perfectly with the sequin tank that I just got.
