Ladder bead necklace

The design is fun and usual and really dresses up a top with jeans or dressier clothes. I've worn this necklace and matching bracelet multiple times to work with a dark shirt below and I've received compliments each time. I would rate it 5 stars but I did have one of the clasps open where the chains are held to the ladder-design but was able to fix it with tweezers in less than 5 min.

Mine came a tangled mess. The bugle beads are very pretty, but their links to the necklace somehow get twisted so that the laddering doesn't lay nicely. Also, the chains were horribly tangled. Once I got the chains untangled and played with the laddering to try and get it to lay somewhat evenly, I didn't like the look of the necklace on me ... I'm returning it ... so sad.

It looked used or worn, old and was broken. Definitely not the quality I expected from CWC.
