Sassy summer pullover

I purchased this last season. I got complements, but til the end of the day the sweater was a mess. Everything that came in contact with me caused a pull or yarn to fray. I returned it to the store. Too bad the quality just wasn't there.

I have read many bad reviews on this sweater and I don't understand them. This is such a comfortable and stylish sweater! I bought the blue in the store and am going to be buying the other one now. Yes, it's a loose knit, I could tell that when I first bought it. However, this does fine in a washing machine on a delicate cycle, without other items that have buttons, zippers, or hooks etc. I always wash mine on delicate then lay flat to dry...and it has done wonderfully, it still looks like I just bought it.

Just use some common sense when caring for it. Yes, it may snag occasionally if you catch it on something...just as many other sweaters will, but due to the loose knit of this sweater it's easy to pull the snag back.

I just washed this sweater for the first time. It came out with HOLES in the front. It's going back. Why or why did I forget to read the reviews before I bought it? Don't waste your money.

Love the look of the sweater, and couldn't wait to wear it for Spring and Summer. It never made it past Spring though -- because it snagged on EVERYTHING. The second time I wore it, one of my closest friends said "it's time to quit wearing that sweater". She couldn't believe it was the 2nd time I'd worn this $80 sweater, because it looked so horrible, covered in snags. Don't do it!

I LOVE Coldwater Creek and have been a customer for many, many years. This is by far the worst thing I have ever purchased from them. The first time I wore it I had picks all over it. I could hardly move without getting another pull. There seems to be no way to repair the damage. Don't buy this sweater. It is beautiful but you will only get one wear out of it. After that it looks too terrible to wear.

Bought this in and was almost IMMEDIATELY disappointed by it. Lost its shape in the first wearing and then easily pulled. Will be returning it.

this colorful (orange) summer sweater is a real zinger. goes great with an orange cami under and also with khaki pants. Very comfortable.
BUT! Be careeful when you wear it, as the fine thread and loose knit tends to snag very easily. I caught mine right in the front, and it made a good 6" thread come through. I did repair it by pulling it through, but just a word of caution---it would not keep me from buying it, as this is a trend in many summer knits this year with multiple colors and fine threads.

I absolutely love the colors and fit of this sweater. But after wearing it for just seven hours at work, the sweater was full of snags and pulls. Also, the arms were completely pilled. After just one wearing, it looked tired and worn out--like I had owned it for years. This sweater is not the usual top quality offerd by CC.

Beautiful colors and styling but after wearing for one morning the sweater looked like I had been in a cat fight, many snags just from my seat belt. Most of my wardrobe is CC but this one is a big disappointment.
