Faux wrap border dress

I have waited for several months to order this dress, because I was discouraged by the negative reviews. I finally took the plunge and am so glad. It is a beautiful dress! The fabric reminds me of the silk in my daughter's wedding dress...yes, silk is thin...it's supposed to be. I don't mind wearing a half slip. The colors are perfect and the style is youthful yet modest. I have a large bust and it still fits without showing cleavage! I plan to wear this to my daughter's bridal shower. If it's chilly, a black shrug will work. So glad to find a dress that is stylish and has color! (Tired of the blacks and grays).

I needed an elegant, feminine, and youthful looking dress for our daughter's casual summer wedding. This dress met all the criteria. All it needed was a careful pressing and a half slip, since the skirt is not lined. The dress held it's shape after carefully pressing out the creases. It didn't show any wrinkles at the end of the day. The color was exactly as pictured and perfect for me. The waistline was just right and allows room to expand. I am 5'9", with a mature figure. I usually wear size 14 but I needed a 16 in this dress. I ordered both sizes, just to be sure. I was able to return the 14 to our local store with no shipping charges. The dress fit me very comfortably and was just right for a hot, humid day. I was looking for a mid-calf hemline but this one comes just below the knee and looked fine on me. I love the flare of the skirt. The dress was outstanding and the sale price I paid was the frosting on the cake.

Very poor quality material and workmanship. Print is pretty, but wasted on this paper thin fabric with no lining.

Paper thin sent this one back....should have took the advice of the others who wrote review on this one

Not sure on this one, only top of the dress is lined, not sure why skirt is not,material very thin...color is very different from catalog. not sure if I am keeping this

I really wanted to like this dress but there was too much fabric in the bodice. I couldn't get past that. It looked a little dowdy!

Also,the color was more muted than shown online. It didn't do anything for me.

It's going back!

The bodice pleats under the bust created a strange look on me. Just couldn't keep this one.

This dress fits perfectly and I have gotten a ton of compliments all morning, even one from my husband and boss! It is great for the office and easily transitions into after work as well. I highly recommend this dress! Size and fit are right on for me and I've had problems with that in the past with CC.
