I bought this dress after reading all the great reviews. The style of the dress is very flattering to the figure but the knit fabric, although not thin, is more appropriate for pajamas or t-shirts. A rayon fabric would be more suitable for this classic-style design dress. It's going back.

Nice knit fabric, has a lining.Fit is fairly true to size, but if you run between sizes, go up.The medium is a 10 not a 10-12.The length on me, 5ft 4in, is just below the knee.

I felt apprehensive when I felt how thin the material was-- but when I put it on-- wow! It manages to cling to my curves on the right places and also cover my stomach! AND it is so comfortable! I think I'll be getting a lot of use out of this LBD. With a jacket or cardigan and some jewelry, it looks great!

I am 5'2" and on the heavy side of curvy. This dress fit beautifully, feels sexy, but is not too much for work or church. I wear it anytime I want to look and feel great, without a fuss. It's also as comfortable as wearing a night gown. If they made it in more colors, I'd buy them all!

Fluid fabric, fit true to size and received many compliments. Forgiving in all the right places. This is a winner!

i'm a curvy xl, 5'7, and this one hit me just above my knee - good for both work and date nite. fabric is thinner, yes, but it's not as thin as the cheap stuff, and the skirt is a double layer (no wierd see thru - and who wants to wear a slip?). i think i coo'ed when i tried it on because it felt so comfy. have to wear a cami to work because of the cleavage, but was a hit on friday nite. great 3season basic to grab on a foggy-brained morning - get your tights, some beads and a cardigan and go. it will be like wearing your nightgown at the office all day, but you will be super cute. :)

I was skeptical when I pulled this form the box, I almost didn't want to try it on. I thought the material is too clingy something that doesn't look good on a size 18 but I was so pleased when it looked great. Coldwater Creek has lined this dress with a heavier material that doesn't cling so the dress lays nice. I still recommend wearing some support hose to smooth out the outline but it is a comfortable go to dress for me now. This is what I call my everyday little black dress.

Bought dress for a funeral in near future. Bought PM. Fits perfectly. It's very comfortable, classy, light & airy. With black tights & black heels & understated jewelery, I will not have to worry about looking my best & showing my respect. Thanks.

Since I am more comfortable with dresses in longer lengths, I was unsure if this one would work because of other reviews. However, on my 5 foot frame, it hit about two inches below my knee...not bad, but definitely not even mid-calf on me! The fabric is drapey and versatile, and the style is youthful. It goes perfectly under some of the lovely CC jackets I have purchased in the past.

This dress is flattering and perfect for my 4'10 inch plus size frame. Just the right length for me!
