Watercolor mini ruffle top

Although the colors and fabric of this shirt seem beautiful at first, as you move and sit throughout the day the ruffles "flip up" uncovering WHITE fabric underneath...That just doesn't look good at all! I purchased the mini ruffle shirts in black and also the red, and when they "flip up" the underlying color is also black (or red) so it isn't so easy to notice. This one is best left on the rack! What a shame...

Was so sxcited to receive this top. Colors are just brilliant. The quality of it falls way short. The ruffles are too short so that when you move even the slightest, the white underneath shows and looks terrbile. Had to return.
