Satin bordered cardigan

Several of the reviews stated their disappointment because the back of this shirt is satin. I love the fact that it is. It really gives this shirt a unique look. It fits beautifully, and is casually comfortable. I ordered a several items in my order, but this has been my favorite!

I bought this in the gray and love the shade. I also failed to understand that the back was of a different material than the front (look closely at the photo of the back to get a good idea of what it is). Though I might not have ordered it if I'd realized the material in the back was different, it does make it unique. Just be sure that you're okay with the different materials before ordering.

Although the fabric is thin, I love this sweater and have it in both colors!

I also read the negative reviews of this cardigan and decided to order anyway. I am pleased as it fits what I was desiring. It is lightweight and very casual wear. I find the satin backing and detail very unique and different. I am planning to wear the cardigan to a casual holiday event with jeans and a red shell. I really do feel that this cardigan can be dressed up or down depending on the event. Again I am pleased and with the current sale..it is worth the price.

This fabric (both the 'cardigan' part and the satin back) is about as flimsy as a scarf. The raw edges of the satin border make it look like plain frayed ribbon. Utter piece of garbage

I was a bit nervous about ordering this sweater after reading the poor reviews; however I am happy to say that I agree with the lone positive point of view I read. Would I rather have the back not be satin, yes; but having said that, I don't think the satin looks bad. It actually gives this sweater a stylish edge that other sweaters don't have. I got the gray color and think it's really pretty. I also like that this sweater is true to size for me. All in all, I am pleasantly surprised by this sweater.

I loved how this cardigan looked online. Although some reviewers mentioned that the back of the cardigan was weird (cuz of different fabric), I still ordered it - hoping for a nice surprise.
It was not a nice surprise!
The fabric was cheap looking, it was scratchy and not comfortable.
The cut was awkward. After one try, I put it back in the bag and returned it promptly.

Evertime I wear this sweater..I get compliments..someone even asked me if it was a Vera Wang!
Bought the grey after that!

I agree with the other commenters on this one...had I known it had the satin back I probably wouldn't have bought it. It's such a shame because it looks great from the front but it feels and looks so odd in the back. It's going back, sorry to say.

Love this sweater from the front but the satin back is just strange. It makes me feel like I'm wearing a cheap robe! I wish it was made from the same material then I would be in love!
