Long crescent hem cardigan

I bought this sweater in the fall and wore it moderately. I just noticed that about 1 inch of the seam at the neck has ripped loose, leaving a hole. The reason is that the seam was not sewn with enough allowance to hold. This is the second CC item in three years that has failed at a seam because of poor construction. CC, your products are good initially, but please make them to last longer! I would buy another to make the outfit whole again if I could but my size is gone.

I bought the sweater back in May, tried it on and it was great. However, during the second wash it got a big hole at the back of the neck and is ruined. I bought 2, different colors, and the other is fine. I would not buy one again.

I ordered one, the fit was perfect. Loved the weight, color, magenta. I ordered the XS . It was true to size. I've since ordered two more colors. It is a lovely cover your arm sweater. I'm 5'3", 119 lbs. My arms seem to bother me the most. Perfect!

I first tried the tan color in an xs, true to size for me. I'm a 5'3 120 lbs, small waist and shoulders. This fit perfectly, it layered over my shell nicely. Sometimes I get too hot in a jacket, so this lightweight sweater did the job. It is dressy enough for the symphony and casual with jeans. It also looks great with CW skirts. I ordered all colors at an amazing sale price.

Purchased 2 sweaters at the store last Christmas, wore one today so decided to check online to get the grey and blue but to my surprise they only have EXTRA SMALL in all 4 colors. PLEASE CC Buyers listen to your customers and definitely Bring this sweater back in the same colors and more if possible, so flattering. I get compliments each time I wear them and it's due to the color and cut. Every lady would want one if she tried it on. Perfect lightweight flattering sweater. Please stock more Small & medium in the future. Thanks

I wrote a wonderful review when I received this sweater. Unfortunately, the first time I wore it last week it unravelled at the shoulder seam. I love this sweater but the quality control just isn't there. CWC, please remake this lovely cardigan with a different manufacturer!

First time I wore this out to church. Two big holes appeared in the back. My husband asked what was on my back! To my surprise the sweater is ruined now.

Gorgeous saturated color, drape and softer than merino wool, more like cashmere. Didn't disappoint. Got a magenta (Bright Dahlia) in size S (normally wear XS) figuring it would shrink a bit with handwashing (trying to limit dry cleaning due to toxic chemicals). With careful handwashing (no agitation), it shrank to the equiv of XS, which is what I wanted, and the edges curled a bit (light ironing took care of it). If this were available in cashmere, I would get it in a heartbeat as cashmere can be handwashed without shrinkage. PLEASE MAKE THIS IN CASHMERE! Also additional jewel tone colors such as cobalt blue, cranberry pomegranate, and burgundy. I love the magenta shade though so don't stop making it - it is gorgeous!

I absolutely LOVED this sweater. However, the first time I wore it, the seam unraveled at the collar. I stitched it up and thought it a fluke. The second time I wore it (this time on vacation in another state) a different seam unraveled. I took it, heartbroken, to a Coldwater Creek Outlet store. They returned it, no questions asked, for a full credit. Perhaps I just got a lemon, but I have to say, watch the seams. Thanks Coldwater for standing behind your products!
