Double breasted coat

I purchased this coat some time ago and love it. It is stylish and comfortable. I get so many compliments. Fits true to size.

Color not as I expected; much darker. arrived a wrinkled mess. Not at all what I would expect from CC. Material of coat is nice.

I prefer this in the black, but the brown is also good. Classic style to have for years. True to size.

I love the fit, length, color, etc. ALL of it! This is a gorgeous caramel brown that works with browns, blacks, and navy blues. Just an amazing color and a very slenderizing style, in my opinion. I couldn't be happier and look forward to cold weather so I can wear it. I feel that it fits true to size (medium).

Great coat at the outlet price. Nice fabric, tailoring and lining. I did not like the very large collar. The medium brown color is not flattering on me (brunette), but think it would look good on a blond or redhead.

I ordered this coat in XL. I have broad shoulders and wear XL in most of CWC's sweaters and tops. This coat was way, way too big. Sadly, no other size is available now. It's going back.

This is a nice looking coat, and it's not too heavy or too light weight. The coat fits fine lengthwise and around the waist (I bought a medium). However, I can't raise my arms enough to even reach the steering wheel. The lining in the coat holds my arms down. So this only works if I walk with my arms down. It's going to be returned.

Have you priced coats lately? This one is a STEAL on sale. Nice, soft fabric and very warm. I'm 5'10", about 150 lbs., and the medium fits perfectly (and accomodates a sweater underneath). It is not "full-length" for anyone my height, but it works well over both pants and dark skirts. I'm tempted to order the brown at this price!

Pretty fabric. Nice weight. Not quite right. I had sizing issues. I am a properly fitted 40DD, and I have to take a W20 in fitted tops at CC, 1x in knits. I ordered this coat in the 2x (20-22), but I was swimming in it, I could have worn it over another winter coat, not just a jacket. Good for me! I thought. So I ordered the 1x (16-18), but it would not button over a snug sweater without pulling. I thought about taking the 2x in for alterations, but for the disappointing collar design. The collar does not fold nicely to snug up around your neck. It is designed, when buttoned up completely, to be open-necked with the lapels squared out parallel to the ground. This could have been designed to button up higher on extra cold days with a little curve in the lapel and an extra button.
Too much trouble for the price. They both went back.

I have been searching for a replacement dress coat for literally 5 years. This coat is it! It is truly a classic. The very best of understated elegance. Soft to the touch, a few inches above the knee,and belted to accent the feminine form. The fabulous shawl collar protects from the elements when needed but can be left to drape across the shoulders for effortless style.
I am 5'8", 170 lb. The size large fits me perfectly, including the sleeve length.
This coat, unlike so many others I tried, doesn't make me feel like I am wearing a blanket.
