Plaid easywear jacket

Bought because I remembered the Pendelton shirts and jackets of my mother's era. They are absolutely gorgeous, wonderful weight (might be a little heavy for wearing inside the office), shaped extremely well, if maybe, perhaps, a little large. Certainly enough room for turtleneck underneath but not bulky. Got the blue as well, it's darker than I expected from the picture, but still beautiful, almost elegant. Blue is less casual than the burgundy.

Wished I had read all the reviews was to big. Any one can wear thick sweaters under this. The shoulder fit was great. The length for body and arms was perfect. I am a tall CC more longer length jackets.

Warm, layers well, true to size. If the sleeves are too long for you, simply cuff them back. The cuff is lined with an attractive ultrasuede...no problem!

I have this jacket in both colors. I first purchased the fall-colors one in my normal size Medium, and although it runs large it's not boxy-large. I kept it because I can wear a heavy sweater underneath and still be comfortable. I purchased the blue in a Small, and it fits great too with a lightweight sweater. Normally I have a problem with sleeves being slightly too short, but there's no problem with this jacket in either size.

Size down one size.

CC hits it out of the ball park with this jacket! I ordered the purple and as soon as it arrived and I tried it on, I went online and ordered the rust. Someone correctly called this "A barn coat with class" and it is. I am 5'7 and a W18. It looks like it was tailored just for me and I didn't find the cut boxy at all but then, each of us is different. I hope this jacket works as well for anyone else who orders it. Keep the good stuff coming CC. This item is another reason you're my favorite clothing store!

Perfect for everyday. Colors in the blue coat are much darker than pictured.

I love this jacket. It looks great with jeans and super stunning with a velvet dress. It fits very true to size. I am 5ft. 7in, and a true 18. I bought both colors in the W18, and am so glad I did.

This is shaped like a barn jacket, but the weight of a blazer. No shoulder shaping. Too informal for business... even of a landscape architect. I'm average height and always loved length, but the sleeves and even the hem are too long. Would have loved this with just a little more shape and tailoring.

Purchased in the Blue. Fit me perfectly, except the sleeve length. The sleeves are long, and not easily hemmed because there is a cuff at the end. The jacket is VERY WARM and carries some weight. It's going back..too warm for Florida and sleeves not easily hemmed. But Jacket is very nice quality...and perfect for colder weather.
