Twist front sweater

I have read the many reviews and remarks on how thin the fabric is. Didn't these people read the description: "fine gauge" means a lightweight fabric. It is elegant looking and dressy, washes well. No pills yet, have washed twice. Nice with a scarf to dress it up.

I bought this in charcoal, in my size M. It was so comfortable and I LOVED it until I wore it all afternoon shopping. I couldn't believe how it pilled so quickly. I think it was from my purse. I still wear it, but not to go anywhere special!! It washes beautifully and keeps it's shape. It is thin, but I live in So. Calif., so it's just fine. I'm not sure why some say you can see through this sweater.

I bought this sweater in several colors. I only kept the green and gray because the other colors were too sheer. I love the comfort level of this sweater. Not too heavy just right for those in between days.

The fabric in this t-shirt is quite flimsy and it is basically shapeless - not something I would wear anywhere special - great for gardening, but I don't feel well dressed in it ... washes well.

This sweater has a lovely drape and feel. there are nice touches like a substantial hem and the twist neckline which is low enough for elegance and yet is not revealing. Yes, the fabric is quite thin but this increases the garments' layering options. I got one in each color available in my size......

I bought this sweater in every color after I had tried out the first one I got. The light fabric feels almost like cashmere, and keeps you warm under a jacket, but is cool enough to wear indoors on its own. I don't mind that it's see-thru; I wear a black bra with the darker colors and a nude bra with the others.
Only criticism: Take care not to catch it on jewelry or fingernails; the fabric gets runs easily. I launder mine inside lingerie bags.

I plan to return this "sweater." I think the fabric is too thin to be considered a sweater. It is almost sheer and the fit is quite small. Very disappointed in this; the quality is not in keeping with Coldwater Creek products I have purchased in the past.

I have this in the green color, which coordinates nicely with the vine-colored jersey flare skirt & the multi-color (code 994), leaf reversible skirt.

Yes, it is a very thin knit, but at least in this color, it is not see-through sheer, so I've not hesitated to wear it on its own without a cami. I also think it's an attractive & comfortable layering alternative to a blouse or shirt. Very flattering neckline (not quite as wide on me as it appears in the pics here, more of A) & I like the subtle variation in tones.

I am not confident, however, that this sweater will last much more than 1-2 seasons. So that's why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

Definitely runs small, and defnitely very thin fabric. I might even go two sizes up so I can wear a cami underneath. I had to return it.

I only wore this once because the material was so sheer it's see-through. I ordered the charcoal. I had to wear a black cami underneath. Very weird for a sweater to be so thin. I ended up donating it to charity. I would not order this again.
