Zipper detail sweater

I loved this sweater, but because of someone else's review stating it ran large, I order a size down. It is a little snug, but now there aren't any available.

Just love this sweater. Excellent quality fabric. The cut is perfect for me. I am wearing it with a wool plaid skirt and it's a clean finished look that I love. I did order it a size down as the other reviewers said it ran large. So glad I did because the M is perfect. I love it because it has good shoulder definition which I need in a top. Beautiful muted Autumn orange. Thanks Coldwater Creek.

I bought this sweater in black and liked it so much I got another in ember. The zipper trim is so attractive. They are clearly just decorative and not meant to zip at all, so you need to understand that before you buy.

medium weight cotton, slimming lines -zipper is "modern" touch, not really meant to be zipped- my daughter liked it on me & decided she would buy one too so guess it spans 2 generations in it's styling

Buyer should know that the neckline zipper is really meant to be decoration only. The garment is cut for a V neck so if you pull the zipper up, OF COURSE it's going to pucker. If this makes the neckline too low for your taste, it's not the sweater for you. If you're okay with the neckline as shown...it's GREAT.

This looked so cute on the website but when received, I understood why others were perplexed by the top rating. It's pictured as almost tunic length but hits mid-hip. I ordered burnt orange, and the zipper was set so that the neckline appeared to have a dark lining showing through. The sizing seemed a little small on me; not sweater-like at all. Too bad--I had high hopes for it.

I don't understand why this sweater is rated top reviews?? The material is definitely not sweater material and runs much shorter than indicated. The cuff sleeves are very unattractive and the zipper when zipped puckers. Runs small and definitely not slimming. I ordered the burnt orange and really thought it was a very unappealing color.

the sweater is of good quality and the style can be worn as casual or dressed-up with accessories. The picture is a bit deceiving as it definitely is not a long as it looks in the picture.

I got the black in a 1X, which I run between an XL and that. I was afraid when I first pulled it out of the package that it was too big, but it actually fits great. Two reasons for taking off half a star: the zipper neckline runs just the smallest bit low on me to be able to wear it to work, but if I zip it a bit, it puckers; and, the zippered pockets are faux. I think it wouldn't have been that hard to make actual pockets, especially since the way they're sewed, there is a facing there anyway. Overall though, a cute and versatile sweater.

I bought the teal - it is dark, but very pretty colour as well as the amethyst. I found the sizing slightly smaller for the teal than the amethyst. Looks awesome as a layer over a shirt. (get more mileage out of the semi-sheer shirts popular this year. Would love to get an ember or burnt umber coloured one but they are no longer available. This would be good in an olive, ivy, forest, hickory, batik blue. love to see more colours and the umber back
