One button crepe blazer

Good quality, don't find it boxy but flattering. Color somewhat lighter and more muted than on my monitor which actually increases it's appeal to me. Great for work but will wait till fall due to it's weight for me. Sleeves are long, but I often need jacket sleeves shortened.

I purchased this jacket in black and liked it so much that I ordered it in "purple shade," which is a light plum color. It fits true to size and is lightweight so it can be worn in warmer weather. Another plus is that it's washable. Please offer this jacket again in a variety of colors.

I have this jacket in both colors, and I wear them frequently for work. They look great and are very comfortable. My upper arms are large, and I find that I have plenty of room in the shoulders and arms in these jackets. I wish it came in more colors!

I bought these in both colors for myself and my mother-in-law. We both wear them a lot. The mauve is a pretty soft color. The best part is you can put them in the washing machine and hang dry. They are also very slenderizing and are great for work or out to dinner. Some coldwater creek items sit in my closet for a special occasion, but these blazers are used frequently!

Not impressed with the fabric at all since it's a cheap-looking polyester gaberdine that wrinkles. Better looking in the purple than the black, but still tacky. I had wanted to replace an older, lighter purple blazer from another manufacturer that was starting to show its age but the old blazer looked infinitely better than this one (cut, workmanship, fabric, simply no comparison.)

Some wrinkling and pulling at the hem in one from the way the lining was sewn, and I found the pockets strange since they extended all the way back to the side seams and bulged out without anything in them, making the silhouette even boxier than it was.

And the single button was set very high - just under my breasts, and I'm short but with very broad shoulders so I order a larger size than you would expect - and if the button was that high on me, it would be really silly looking on anyone taller.

I can't relate to the negative reviews I've read on this jacket. I wore my size 10 Plum color to work yesterday and I loved it! It's NOT boxy to me, as some stated. It looks very professional, it was very comfortable, and I liked it so much, I ordered the black today. Of course, as I do with all CWC items, I went down a size. Sale price is great right now. Can't beat the price for a great work blazer! Now, more colors please!!

The jacket is a nice, lighter weight fabric in a muted, grayed purple which is subtle and versatile. Buttoning it reveals a waist. I am 5'7" tall and did not find it boxy, just more of a boyfriend cut. The one black button is very cheap looking on the jacket. I also noticed that the bottom hem is not even in the front, with a bit of pulling in the lining. It looks fine on, but I saw these issues on the hanger. Check it carefully.

I love this jacket - the color is flattering and will coordinate nicely with black slacks, skirt or a dress. The fit is very flattering however I did have to exchange for a petite size due to the length of the sleeves. I am definitely not a petite but the sleeves on the Misses size were very long. I was very impressed with the exchange process too - the reorder was placed at the same sale price as the original and a return shipping label was included with the package. Great customer service is why I continue to do business with Coldwater Creek!

While the plum color was nice, the jacket is boxey and shapeless. It is going back.

I have this jacket in both colors. It is a bit boxy. I will have both taken in some at the waist. The arms are a little long as well. Small fixes for a nice jacket.
