I too got the Dune color but I like it, to me it looks like the picture with the beige tones going into the cool tans. Although I knew this was lightweight, it was a little lighter than I expected. Also, there were several loose threads, but nothing looked pulled, so I just snipped them with no damage.

it arrived today as I was headed out the door...was wearing the Abstract floral jacket and brown trousers and shell... on went the rosetaupebrown scarf ...the perfect accessory to lighten and brighten the outfit.

but very light and comfortable. Gorgeous colors that will look great with jeans.........

This is a very fragile gauze, just taking it out of the bag pulled the fabric grain out of square. The 'dune' color is a dull cool tan, and does not have the ombre-type shading I see in the photo. Even at 75% off this is going back.

I've never been a scarf type person, but I thought this was a pretty one, so I'm going to give it a try. I got the pink which is my favorite one.

it is the viscose content that causes the drawing up of the scarf when heated . . . iron, wash by hand then hang and it should come out fine . . .

I bought the green and handwashed it in cold water and Woolite. Then I spun it out in the washer and hung it to dry. It came out fine and will not need much, if any, ironing. To the other reviewer: if the scarf is rayon, it'll probably straighten out once it's completely dry. Good luck!

i have the purple that goes well with my grey wardrobes and i also have the green that goes well with my warm earthy color wardrobes, material is very soft, good length for making one loop, i can see wearing it even for winter when my wool scarf gets too warm. the care instruction is dryclean, i have other scarves that also say to dryclean and i handwash them, i even put those in the dryer for five minutes and came out fine, but DO NOT put this particular scarf in the dryer, mine became wavey, curly and stretchy, they no longer have the flat smooth surface, i'm hoping they will flat out again after worn several times. so if you have the budget to dryclean, do so, otherwise handwash and hang dry or on a flat surface.
