Waterstone tie-front vest

I am very pleased with this vest. It goes with everything, but I particularly like it with a cranberry-red turtleneck that I have. It also looks nice with a collared shirt. The fabric is thinner and stretchier than I expected, and as the other reviewers noted, there is no tunnel for the belt. Seems to run true to most other CWC sizes. I am sometimes a S and sometimes a M; I ordered the M and it fits great. The online photo seems to show some flecks of color in the close-up, but the vest doesn't have any of these, it is just gray. I think it can be worn in either winter or summer depending on the layer underneath.

Most of the reviews on this vest were negitive but since it seemed it would work with my long sleeve tees I decided to try it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a nice vest, nice fabric, and stylish. Granted the belt does not have the casing inside as stated but I don't like it with the belt anyway. On me it looks better just loose. Since most reviews were not good I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. A good buy.

When I received this vest, I was surprised that it had no "tunnel" for the belt to pass through in the back. Just a flimsy fabric belt passed through thread loops on both sides. Seems more tailored in pictures and description online.

This is the thinnest, floppiest vest. It hangs loose all over, nothing like the picture of a neat, firm vest. There were many poor reviews of this previously, and they have been removed from the reviews. I should have paid attention to them before I bought this. I thought those people were too particular. But they were right. Don't waste your money.

I am so pleased with this vest although I will be wearing it with out the belt as I think it looks better that way. Picture does not do it justice!

Purchased this to go with all my other waterstone items. Fit was true to size, nice fabric. Versital and seasonless because you can wear many tops under it, short sleeve or long sleeve. But I just could not get the fabric belt to look right. I ended up wearing a black belt with it. The only negative is that the back poofed up a bit and made my tiny toosh look big . Glad I picked it up on sale, as it does look cute with the other waterstone pieces.
