Double button print jacket

This is a great little jacket. I was a little hesitant because of the comments about it being heavyweight and faded. I thought it was a nice weight and the color is great also, didn't think it was faded or muted at all.

The double breast design is really cool. It's one large buttonhole separated enough to keep the buttons lined up properly so they are very close together. This can be worn open and looks almost single-breasted.

I am sending this one back. Two problems: first, the construction is minimal so the look is not structured but rather like a table cloth. Second, the color is very faded and nearly no print. It looks very washed out.

I have this jacket and I'm short and wide. My friend who is tall has this same jacket. We both love the jacket. We try not to wear them at the same time, however. The colors are muted and go equally great with blue or black jeans. I wear a black tee under mine. The back has nice detail.

I don't know what I expected with this jacket. It is not very soft and it is a little tight in the biceps. It fits well otherwise, so it is a keeper.

This is the same design as a linen swing jacket, and the same fabric (but blue) as the brown boyfriend jacket. I have both! Got this in PL and it's comfy and roomy without being too big. The fabric is a bit more muted than the picture, it's not as bright or fresh blue. Fabric is sensible, not as wrinkly as the linen used in the other one. Nice, useful, casual but very office friendly. Lovely seam binding detail too.

I always stay away from linen-
I look smashing at 8:00 A.M. and look like I've been sleeping in my clothes for five days by 5:00 P.M. The blend of this fabric does not wrinkle so badly. Since I sit at a desk most of the day, the elbows are the only problem area. I wear a petite large or extra large and the petite large fits great...plenty of room in the bust and upper arm. I have no neck to speak of and could not wear this completely buttoned, but it looks great as pictured with the collar open. I fill the neckline with a multi-chain short necklace. I did not notice from the picture that the print not only contains shades of blue, but also a hint of a bronzey-brown color which looks good with brown bottoms, making it quite verstile. Like those pockets, too.

Probably a good style for slender gals - the A shape and mandarin collar, three quarter sleeves make this jacket look bunched up on my body. Photo shows open collar, which is hard to do with double-breasted buttons. CC - we need to see the clothes on Plus-sized models. Pretty pattern on lightweight fabric. I was going to wear with the linenrayon pants.
