Snake chain & ribbon necklace

this is the first thing i have bought from coldwater creek that i did not give five stars. the necklace itself is beautiful, but please no more ties, your customers deserve better than this! not only does it cheapen the look - i have had several people tell me the label tag was showing and tried to tuck it inside. they were shocked to learn it was part of the necklace.like the others i will go try to find a clasp to replace the ugly cheap tie.

I bought this for myself in the multi color, my three daughters ages 17 to 24 all loved it and ask to borrow it. I bought one for each of them for Christmas - they'll be thrilled. Such a fun idea. We've tried several different colored ribbons to attach it and wear the ribbon on the side. Such a fun addition to any wardrobe.

I found a really pretty "S" closure at my favorite jewelry supply store and the necklace is now perfect! Now I can rate it a "5."

I just received this necklace and it is beautiful. However the "ribbon" is TACKY. It is not ribbon but something like a cotton twill tape used in the construction of clothing.
I will change out the ribbon or find a really pretty closure but I won't wear this tacky ribbon. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars!

I was very disappointed in this necklace. The ribbon is cheap cotton but it is the chain itself that makes me give this necklace such a low rating. The gold on the chain isn't shiny and pretty like the picture shows, but dingy and with dark brassy looking spots throughout. It looks dirty.
I wish I had spent more money and purchased a higher quality necklace.

I purchased the multi and am absolutely in love with it! It goes with everything because of it's variety of metallics. I'm especially fond of the rose gold hue in it as it's my new favorite in jewelry buying. I like the ribbon because you can adjust the length of the necklace at will. I definitely recommend it.

I love this necklace but also hated the ties. I removed the ribbon and replaced it with a large gold lobster claw clasp on one end. It's perfect now. It looks fabulous on a black turtleneck sweater in the winter. Gorgeous!!

Great necklace, looks nice with many styles of tops, is very comfortable and does not catch in hair. Unfortunately, the grosgrain ribbon tie looks cheap and does not stay tied very well. Just replace it with a satin ribbon, either white or color coordinate with your clothes. Problem solved.

Purchased both color options and gave the silver to my oldest daughter. She LOVES it. Hard to find jewelry that we agree on, but this is one of those great items that works for both young and older.

I own a liguid silver necklace that looks just like the silver one. This is a beautiful necklace that has the look and feel of real liquid silver. Love the tie instead at the top. Nice modern touch.
