Daniel Griesemer/President & Chief Executive Officer
Was promoted to this position on October 31, 2007, succeeding Dennis Pence, the company's Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. In his role, Mr. Griesemer is responsible for setting the overall corporate strategy, with an ongoing emphasis on multi-channel marketing and other strategic growth opportunities for the company. Mr. Griesemer also sits on the Company's Board of Directors. In March 2007, Mr. Griesemer was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, where he continued to be responsible for the Company's sales, marketing and national retail store expansion plans, as well as all distribution center and customer contact center operations. In January, 2005 Mr. Griesemer was promoted to Executive Vice President ~ Sales & Marketing. In April, 2004, Mr. Griesemer was promoted to Executive Vice President of Retail, having joined the Company in October 2001 as Senior Vice President of Retail. Before coming to Coldwater Creek, he held upper management and executive posts for firms such as Gap, Inc. and Macy's, Inc. In his executive capacity for Gap, he led the development and execution of the Company's international expansion strategy. His career spans more than 24 years in the apparel industry.
Georgia Shonk-Simmons/President & Chief Merchandising Officer
Was promoted to this position in April, 1999, with overall responsibility for merchandise, inventory, creative, sourcing, quality assurance and technical design department functions. In addition, she sits on the Company's Board of Directors. Ms. Shonk-Simmons joined the Company as Vice President and Director of Merchandising in 1998. I. Before joining Coldwater Creek, she was Executive Vice President of the Newport News Catalog Division of Spiegel, a multi-billion dollar international specialty retailer. Her responsibilities included merchandising, marketing and advertising. Previously, Ms. Shonk-Simmons was Vice President of Merchandising for the Spiegel catalog, where she was responsible for women's apparel and accessories.
Tim Martin/Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Was promoted to this position in September 2007, where he serves as the Company's principal accounting officer. Mr. Martin joined the Company as Vice President, Finance in August of 2006, where he was responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting, financial planning and reporting functions. Before joining Coldwater Creek, Mr. Martin served in various senior finance capacities, including Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance/Global Commercial Operations for Amgen Inc., a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company, from August 2003 to May 2006. Prior to that, he held senior-level finance positions at Gap Inc. from April 2001 to August 2003.
Dan Moen/Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Was promoted in September 2004 to this position, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology department, including Corporate, Retail, Call Centers and the Distribution Center in Parkersburg, W.V. In July 2003, he was promoted to Vice President/Business Intelligence, responsible for executing the Company's triple-channel marketing strategy and managing the Business Intelligence group. In August of 2001, Mr. Moen rejoined the Company as Divisional Vice President of Catalog & Retail Marketing. In May 1995, he first joined Coldwater Creek as a Customer Retention Analyst, before being promoted to Customer Retention Manager - a position he held through May of 1999.
Gerard El Chaar/Senior Vice President, Operations
Was promoted to this position in January 2005, where he is responsible for operations at the company's West Virginia Distribution Center, as well as Call Centers in West Virginia and North Idaho and the Company's retail Outlet stores. He served as Vice President of Operations starting in 2002 and, prior to that, as Director, and then Divisional Vice President, of Distribution since October 2000. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, he was Senior Director of International Operations for eToys Inc., where he was responsible for Customer Service and Distribution in the United Kingdom and Belgium.
Jeffrey Parisian/Senior Vice President, Administration
Was promoted to his current position in April 2008, where he is responsible for retail real estate and property development, human resources, corporate communication functions, and corporate facilities. Mr. Parisian was promoted to the position of Vice President, Real Estate in October 2004, where he was responsible for overseeing all retail real estate functions including site selection and deal-making, store design and construction, and facilities management. Mr. Parisian began his career with Coldwater Creek as Senior Director of Real Estate in March 2002, and was promoted to Divisional Vice President of Real Estate in November 2002. He has more than 23 years of experience in the retail industry with such companies as HRT Industries, Inc., Wieboldt Stores, Inc., and The Disney Store, Inc. Before joining Coldwater Creek, he worked as a Vice President of Real Estate for Gap Inc.
Michael Feurer/Senior Vice President, Merchandising Operations & President, New Strategic Concepts Division
Was promoted to this position in November 2007, where he is responsible for all aspects of Comp Store Merchandising, Sourcing, and Merchandise Planning & Allocation. Furthermore, he is responsible for exploring opportunities for new strategic directions - conducting market intelligence and due diligence for potential future concepts. Mr. Feurer joined Coldwater Creek in 2001 as Senior Director of Planning & Allocation. In 2002, he was promoted to Divisional Vice President, Retail Inventory Planning. He was promoted to Vice President, Merchandise Planning & Allocation in 2004, assuming responsibility for all aspects of the company's merchandise planning, allocation and disposition. In March 2007 he was promoted to President, New Strategic Concepts Division. Prior to joining the company, he served 10 years at Gap Inc. in a variety of progressively more responsible merchandise planning and distribution roles. His last position was Senior Director of Market Planning and Distribution for Gap Japan in Gap Inc.'s International Division.
Kathy McConnell/Senior Vice President, Product Development
Was promoted to this position in December 2007, where she is responsible for the development and execution of product for all divisions of the Company. In 2005, Ms. McConnell was promoted to the position of Vice President, Product Development, where she was responsible for the development of product for one division of the company's apparel line. Ms. McConnell joined the Company in 1992, progressing from Assistant Buyer to Buyer, Senior Buyer, Divisional Merchandise Manager, General Merchandise Manager and Divisional Vice President. Prior to joining the company, Ms. McConnell worked for JC Penney in their merchandising program.
Sandra Smith-Fitzgerald/Senior Vice President, Merchandising
Was promoted to this position in December 2007, where she is responsible for identifying and executing long-term and seasonal merchandise strategies across channels. Ms. Smith-Fitzgerald joined the company as Vice President, Product Development in July of 2005, where she was responsible for the development and execution of product for a division of the company's apparel line. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Ms. Smith-Fitzgerald spent 15 years with The Limited, Inc., advancing to the position of Vice President and Merchandise Manager for that company's Express division. Her career spans more than 20 years in the apparel industry.
Peter Prandato/Vice President, Creative
Was promoted in January 2004 to this position, where he is responsible for all creative development for catalogs, retail projects and corporate collateral. Mr. Prandato joined the company in April 1994 as Art Director. He held the position of Design Director from 1998 to 2002, when he was promoted to Divisional Vice President/Design. Before coming to Coldwater Creek, he was a senior graphic designer for Dansk International Designs Ltd. Prior to that, he worked as a graphic designer for New York-based design and advertising firms.
Christine Laczai/Vice President, Internet Division
Was promoted in January 2004 to this position, where she is responsible for all aspects of the Company's Internet technology, Web marketing and creative functions. Ms. Laczai joined Coldwater Creek in January 2001 as Divisional Vice President/Internet Marketing. She held the position of Divisional Vice President/Brand Marketing from 2002 to 2003, when she was named Divisional Vice President/Internet Division. Before joining the Company, Ms. Laczai served in a variety of marketing roles for Hallmark Cards, Inc.
Elena Petrocco/Vice President, Creative Image & Design
Was promoted in August 2007 to this position, where she is responsible for the creative direction, trends and focus for the apparel line each season, as well as leading the Visual Design & Merchandising department in support of the retail stores. Ms. Petrocco joined the company in February 2004 as Director of Visual Design and Merchandising and was promoted to Divisional Vice-President of Visual Design and Merchandising in August 2005. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Ms. Petrocco spent 11 years at Cole Haan, lastly as Director of Visual Design and Merchandising for both the national and international divisions. Her career spans more than 20 years in visual design for the retail apparel industry.
Joe Gravitt/Vice President, Retail Operations
Was promoted to this position in June 2005, where he is responsible for the field operations of all premium retail stores. Mr. Gravitt joined the company in April, 2004 as Divisional Vice President of Retail Operations. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Mr. Gravitt served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations for Finish Line, an athletic footwear specialty retailer. His career spans more than 23 years in the specialty retail industry.
Arthur "Skip" Jones/Vice President, Outlets
Was promoted to this position in 2004, where he is responsible for the growth and operations of the Company's growing number of outlet store locations. Previously, Mr. Jones served as Vice President of Store Operations since July 1998 and, prior to that, as Director of Store Operations since May 1996. Before joining Coldwater Creek, Mr. Jones was Director of Store Operations for Performance Bicycles. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Store Operations for the Nature Company.
Patricia Sikorsky/Vice President, Sourcing Development
Was promoted to this position in February 2008 and is responsible for overseeing the development of product design in the Company's off-shore offices. In addition to her new role, Ms Sikorsky will continue to work on the development of product design for all categories of the Company's apparel line. In 2004, Ms. Sikorsky was promoted to Vice President of Product Design, where she facilitated the opening of the company's design center in New York City and assumed responsibility for product design. Ms. Sikorsky joined Coldwater Creek in 1999 as a Divisional Vice President in the merchandising department. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Ms. Sikorsky spent 33 years in the merchandising field, assuming a wide range of executive positions with several companies, including Spiegel and Hanover Direct.
Ann Kasper/Vice President, Channel Merchandising
Was promoted to this position in 2005, where she is responsible for strategizing short and long-term merchandising goals for the Company's Direct division. In 2002, Ms. Kasper was promoted to Divisional Vice President ~ Spirit (merchandise). In 2001, she joined the Company as Divisional Merchandise Manager ~ Northcountry. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Ms. Kasper was Executive Vice President for the Ralsey Group, a private label sportswear manufacturer. Her career spans more than 22 years in the apparel industry.
Tim Dilworth/Vice President, Marketing
Was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in February 2007, where he is responsible for the development and execution of the Company's multi-channel marketing strategy. Mr. Dilworth joined Coldwater Creek in June of 2000 as a Senior Customer Retention Analyst and has since held various roles with progressive responsibility within the Marketing, Web, and Business Intelligence groups. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Mr. Dilworth held various positions with The Montana Power Trading and Marketing Company.
Keith Tipton/Vice President, Distribution
Was promoted to this position in February 2007, where he is responsible for all retail and direct operations at the Company's distribution center in West Virginia. Mr. Tipton joined the Company in June 2005 as Divisional Vice President of Fulfillment. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek he was Senior Director of Distribution & Logistics for Tween Brands dba Limited Too. His career spans 24 years of distribution center and logistics operations.
Robert Jansen/Vice President, Merchandise Planning
Was promoted to this position in December 2007, where he is responsible for all aspects of Inventory Planning for the Retail and Direct channels, including inventory allocation and disposition. Mr. Jansen joined the company as Director of Inventory Disposition in August of 2004, and was promoted to Divisional Vice President of Inventory Planning in February 2007. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Mr. Jansen spent 9 years each with Harry and David and The Nature Company, holding a variety of progressively more responsible positions in IT, Finance, Merchandising and Inventory Planning. His career spans more than 23 years in the Retail industry. |
