Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Sandpoint, Idaho, Coldwater Creek is a leading specialty retailer of women’s apparel, gifts, jewelry and accessories. The company sells its merchandise through premium retail stores across the country, online at coldwatercreek.com and through its catalogs.

In addition to its 20-acre corporate campus in Sandpoint, Coldwater Creek operates a 60,000-square-foot customer contact and technical center in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, and an East Coast distribution and customer contact center of more than 960,000-square-feet in Parkersburg, West Virginia, including the expansion that was completed in September, 2006.

Coldwater Creek began trading on the Nasdaq on Jan. 29, 1997, under the ticker symbol: CWTR.
