About My Account

Create an Account
To create an account, go to My Account. In Create an Account, fill in your e-mail address, enter a password and click continue.

Order Status
To check your order status, go to My Account, log in and click Order Status.

• Check the status of current orders
• View your order number
• View the date your order was placed
• See the number of items in your order
• See when your order was shipped
• Status of Returns

Personal Information
To update your personal information, go to My Account, log in and click Personal Information.

• View and edit billing and shipping addresses
• View and edit credit card information

Update E-mail & Password
To update your e-mail address and/or password, go to My Account, log in and click E-mail & Password Information.

• View and edit your e-mail address
• Change which e-mail updates you receive from us
• Change your password
• HTML or text e-mail preferences

My Address Book
To add or edit shipping information, go to My Account, log in and click My Address Book.

• Edit or delete shipping names and addresses
• Add new shipping names and addresses
  

Forgotten Password
To reset your password, go to My Account, enter the e-mail address associated with your account, then click Submit. We’ll email you a link to a page where you can easily create a new password.
