Coldwater Creek Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, offers comprehensive benefits plans for eligible employees and, where applicable, their dependents.

Medical & dental insurance
Eligible employees and their dependents may participate in Group Medical and Dental Plans. The Company shares the total cost of the insurance premiums.

Vision insurance
Eligible employees and their dependents may participate in a voluntary vision plan for a nominal premium.

Flexible spending accounts
A Flexible Spending Account Plan allows employees to pay for out of pocket health related and child care expenses with tax free income. A pre-tax deduction program for medical/dental and vision insurance premiums is also available.

Life, long term and short term disability insurance
Eligible employees and dependents may participate in a Group Life Insurance and AD&D Plan. Coldwater Creek pays for the total cost of the insurance premium for employee, spouse and dependents for basic coverage. Employees may elect to increase the basic amounts through a Voluntary Life Insurance program.

Eligible employees are also covered under the company’s disability programs, Long and Short-Term Disability is provided by Coldwater Creek at no cost to the employee.

401(k) profit sharing/payroll savings plan
Coldwater Creek employees may participate in a 401(k) savings plan to help accumulate funds for retirement or other future income needs. Coldwater Creek provides a matching contribution after one year of service.

Coldwater Creek offers six (6) paid holidays.

Vacation and sick leave
Vacation - eligible employees accrue vacation beginning on their anniversary date. The accrual amount increases based on years of eligible service with Coldwater Creek.

Sick Leave - eligible employees receive a maximum of one week of paid sick leave each calendar year.
